FAQ “How UFS Rewards works”
Note: Standard delivery time for loyalty rewards is 10 working days. In case of public holidays, please allow a few additional days to receive delivery.
1. How can I earn loyalty points?
You automatically collect loyalty points for every product you order in the Product Shop.
2. What can I get for my loyalty points?
You can choose from a wide range rewards once have saved enough loyalty points. Click here to browse our loyalty catalogue.
3. How can I spend my loyalty points?
Log in to your account
Visit the UFS Rewards page from the top menu bar
Check your points balance
Browse through the catalogue
Select “Add to cart” and check out
Our customer service team will get in touch with you by email or phone within 48 hrs to arrange your reward delivery.
4. Where can I see how many loyalty points I have earned?
Your loyalty points will be mentioned in the “Loyalty Balance” section of your profile. Access your profile by logging in to your account.
5. How can I set a loyalty reward goal?
You can set a reward goal by using the “Set as goal” button featured below your preferred loyalty reward. This should be done on the loyalty catalogue page.

7. How long are my points valid?
Loyalty points are valid maximum 2 years after the final purchase, or until 3 months after the announcement that the loyalty program is terminated by Unilever Food Solutions.
